Our products are made with gentle, barrier-safe ingredients that were specifically chosen to cater to sensitive skin, as well as all skin types. However, we understand that not every product is going to be perfect for each individual who tries it.
At Wildmoss®, our goal is for everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee on all of our full-sized skincare products.
That means if for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange – no questions asked.
How to Send in a Return:
- Click here to start your return or exchange - make sure you have your Order Confirmation Number on
hand. - Answer the prompts to receive your label and packing slip.
- Carefully package all items that you would like to return or exchange. Be sure to include the packing slip you printed with your label.
Please Note:
- Any skincare products must be received in their undamaged original glass jars or bottles – broken glass
- will void your refund or exchange*
- All returned accessories must be received unopened and undamaged in their original packaging*
- Opened accessories, as well as the Mini Ritual Trial Kit, are not eligible for refund or exchange
- If you do not include your packing slip, we may not be able to process your refund
- All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
