While we do our best to estimate turnaround times accurately, all delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. Holiday processing and shipping time may vary.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status in the “Order History” tab of your Account. You will also receive a confirmation email with shipping details, including a tracking number, once your order ships.

Can you deliver to APO/FPO/DPO and PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO or PO boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship only within the 50 US states. In the near future, we may begin offering shipping to Canada as well.

Do I have to sign for my package upon arrival?

No signature is required. However, please ensure the provided shipping address is secure.
